"The State Farm Insurance Agency office of Shoua Lee was awesome! Ms. Lee met with me personally when I sought assistance after a family tragedy. Although Ms. Lee was not our “agent of record”, she was extremely compassionate and took the time to help me with a claim in a relaxed and unhurried manner.
